Caring for your Toothbrush & Tube

The brush has soft nylon bristles for gentle brushing. After brushing, rest the brush horizontally on the counter or the edge of a cup to allow it to air dry fully and prevent damage to the bamboo. Dentists recommend that toothbrushes should be replaced every three months. Once the bristles start to bend and lose their form, the brush should be replaced. 

Disposing your Bamboo Toothbrush & Tube

Can bamboo toothbrushes be composted? Yes they can! It's easy to dispose of your bamboo toothbrush properly. At the end of its life, use pliers to remove the nylon bristles which are not compostable, and should be discarded with regular garbage.

The bamboo shaft should be discarded in the Green Bin or compost. Et voila! No plastic toothbrush will be floating around in the sea for decades to come.
